Refund policy

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Artwork must be in original condition and packaging.  Custom, custom framed, commissioned, anything not in its original condition, or "Final Sale" works cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or in error. Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your works arrive damaged, please document all damage to packaging and artwork and ensure That Gallery is notified within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return, you can contact us at connie@that-gallery.com.  We will inform you as to the return address.  If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom consigned artwork, special orders, or personalized items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on damaged items or gift cards.

Refunds 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@that-gallery.com.
