THAT GALLERY - SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW

Every artwork is handled with the utmost care. Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates only - final shipping, handling, and insurance costs depend on the artwork's value, size, and destination.

After checkout and payment confirmation, we will contact you to confirm the final shipping method, cost, and insurance coverage, before the piece is released for delivery. No additional charges are processed without your approval.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIERS (US)

At checkout, we will display an estimated rate based on the artwork's value:

$1 - $500                   $25 - $65         Insured up to $500

$501 - $2,000           $75 - $150       Insured up to $2,000

$2,001 - $5,000        $175 - $350     Insured up to $5,000

$5,001+ Quote Required and Full-value insurance arranged separately.

Once your order is placed, our team will provide a shipping confirmation email outlining the final cost and delivery method. Large-scale or high-value works may require professional art freight or white-glove delivery: You will receive a separate invoice for an additional cost before shipment.  Expedited deliver options are available upon request.

P.O. BOXES

We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

Artworks purchased from The Art of Elysium are fulfilled and shipped directly by The Art of Elysium’s team  A representative from The Art of Elysium will contact you after purchase to confirm deliver details, timing, and shipping fees. That Gallery is not responsible for The Art of Elysium’s shipping timelines. rates. or handling.

ART WORK CONDITION &  FRAME DISCLAIMER

Many artworks are pre-owned, vintage, or previously  displayed. Slight wear, minor imperfections, small frame blemishes may be present and are considered normal for art that has been previously exhibited. traded. or owned.  All pieces are sold "as-is" with full disclosure of any known damage. If a piece has noticeable damage beyond minor wear, it will be described in the item description and shown in product images.  Artwork is acquired and sold for personal enjoyment, investment. or collection purposes. That Gallery is not responsible for minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the integrity or display or the work.

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipping is confirmed, you will receive tracking and insurance details.  All shipments Include signature confirmation for security.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email connie@that-gallery.com within 7 days of delivery.  Include photos or the artwork and packaging. We will manage the carrier Insurance claim and issue a replacement, credit, or refund depending on availability.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Artwork must be in original condition and packaging.  Custom, commissioned, or "Final Sale" works cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or in error. Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

SALES TAX

Sales tax Is automatically calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (COMING SOON)

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping. duties. and VAT collection will be available soon. When active, International buyers will be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless otherwise stated.

LEGAL & LIABILITY

That Gallery's liability for any item is limited to the purchase price. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise arranged in writing.  This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
